In my company I have specialised in coaching and working with leaders and managers in companies and organisations. The focus is on leadership issues, innovation, entrepreneurship and career development. A special niche is bridging the disciplines of coaching and innovation management.
Another field of speciality is individual mentor coaching (supervision) for coaches, leaders or others, who work as coaches. The aim is to refine and further delvelop already existing coaching skills.
Curious2change also works with business development and management of innovative processes in companies and organisations looking for new inspiration in product and process development, growth and marketing strategies.
